Clerk of Courts office reduces public hours
The Ozaukee County Clerk of Courts office has reduced the hours it is open to the public in effort to reduce the spread of Covid-19.
By order of Ozaukee County Circuit Court Presiding Judge Paul Malloy and Third District Chief Judge Jennifer Dorow, the Clerk of Courts office at the Ozaukee County Justice Center, 1201 S. Spring St., Port Washington, will be open to the public from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.
The new schedule, which began Thursday, March 26, will be in effect for at least 30 days.
Instead of filing documents in person, Clerk of Courts Mary Lou Mueller recommends filing them by mail, via fax at (262) 284-8491 or by using the court system’s electronic filing system at www.wicourts.gov/ecourts.
Questions or concerns can be emailed to the clerk’s office at share45.owner@wicourts.gov.
