Car wash developer told no twice sues village

The Village of Grafton is being sued by 7B Building & Development, a Texas-based development and contracting firm, claiming it acted “arbitrarily” in its denial of a conditional use permit for 7B’s proposed Champion Xpress car wash in the South Commercial mixed use zoning district.

The suit was filed by 7B and VIA Real state, which are sister companies, in late August and served to the village in late September.
