The Cedar Grove-Belgium School District hasn’t had to close its doors and go entirely to online education due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but it has been impacted by the coronavirus.

Supt. Chad Brakke last month reported that the district has had 55 positive cases of Covid-19. Of those, 17 were staff members, 22 were high school students and eight each were middle and elementary school students.

About 300 students and 20 staff have been quarantined during the pandemic.
