Ansay parent company names president, COO

The owner of Port Washington-based companies Ansay and Associates and Ansay Development Corp., the Anneren Family Holding Co., announced last week the appointment of Angela Sikowski as president and Nikki Kiss as chief operating officer.

Anneren oversees the executive positions at the Ansay family’s insurance and development companies and manages other assets.

Sikowski and Kiss will share leadership positions at Anneren with Chairman and CEO Mike Ansay.

Sikowski said she is “honored to lead this organization and work alongside a talented team committed to innovation and growth.”

Kiss has experience in management and training.

“I’m eager to enhance operational efficiency and build on the company’s strong foundation as we enter this new phase,” she said.

President Tom Meaux will transition to a senior adviser role.

“It’s been a privilege to lead Anneren Family Holding Co. I’m confident Angela and Nikki will bring fresh perspectives and look forward to supporting them in my advisory role,” he said.

Mike Ansay said the appointments mark the next step in achieving Anneren’s goal of sustaining the Ansay family’s legacy through strategic investments and responsible growth
