Amateur radio field day will be held on June 22 and 23 at Pleasant Valley Nature Park in the Town of Grafton.
Members of the Ozaukee Radio Club and Ozaukee Amateur Radio Emergency Services groups will set up a cluster of stations at the park to demonstrate emergency communications.
The public can stop by throughout the event to see how HAM radio works and its usefulness in community support.
The field day is a national emergency preparedness event involving thousands of radio operators throughout the United States.
Pleasant Valley Nature Park is just off Pleasant Valley Road east of Highway I about two miles north of Cedarburg.
