Charles A. Young of Grafton died of complications of a stroke Sunday, Sept. 5, at Columbia St. Mary’s Ozaukee Hospital in Mequon. He was 83.

A Mass of Christian burial for Mr. Young will be held at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 10, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Grafton. Father Mike Barrett will officiate.

Visitation will be at the church from 3:30 p.m. until the Mass.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to a charity of the donor’s choice are suggested.

Funeral arrangements are being handled through Mueller Funeral Home in Grafton.

Former Grafton resident Quintin J. Zingsheim, 72, died Sunday, Sept. 5, at Dekora Springs assisted-living home in Saukville.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 11, at Eernisse Funeral Home, Port Washington.

Deacon Thomas Binder will officiate.

Visitation will be at the funeral home from 9 a.m. until the service.

Burial will be at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Grafton.

Port Washington native James L. Barnes, 60, of Syracuse, Ind., died after a brief battle with leukemia in Fort Wayne, Ind., on Saturday, Sept. 4.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 10, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Port Washington.

Visitation will be at the church from noon until the Mass.

Arrangements are being handled by Eernisse Funeral Home, Port Washington.

Town of Fredonia resident MaryAnn Zonka, 81, died from Parkinson’s disease on Tuesday, Aug. 24, at Heritage Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Port Washington, where she had been living for the past year.

Services were held Saturday, Aug. 28, at Highland Memorial Park in Libertyville, Ill., preceding burial.

Arrangements were handled by Eernisse Funeral Home, Port Washington.

Town of Cedarburg resident James B. Wedereit was widely known for the many years he worked as the service manager at 5 Corners GMC in Cedarburg.

Funeral services will be at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 2, at Eernisse Funeral Home, Port Washington.

Visitation will be at the funeral home from 5 p.m. until the service.

The Rev. Don Zahurance will officiate.

Memorials to the family are requested.
