Port Washington resident Myleen L. Ziebell, 55, died Wednesday, Jan. 3, at her home.
    Ms. Ziebell was born in Milwaukee on Feb. 12, 1962, to John and Lynette Mayer Fitzgerald.
    When she was a teenager, her family moved to Port Washington. She graduated from Port Washington High School in 1980.
    Ms. Ziebell was an employee at the former Port Apothecary and she also worked at Keylink Solutions in Germantown and Neuen’s Lumber in Fredonia.
    She was involved with the Port Washington Soccer Club from its inception.
    Her family said she enjoyed watching the Green Bay Packers, Wisconsin Badgers and NASCAR races. She also had a deep appreciation for nature, which she cultivated in flower gardens.
    Ms. Ziebell is survived by her significant other Jim Kirsch of Port Washington; sons Chris (Caitlin) of Volo, Ill., and Dan (Sarah) of Cincinnati; mother Lynette “Mickey” Dorathy of Sun City West, Ariz.; sister Connie (Jay) Janssen of Overland Park, Kan.; and brother Greg (Joanna) Fitzgerald of Sembach, Germany.
    She was preceded in death by her father John Fitzgerald.
    A celebration of life will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, Jan. 12, at Poole Funeral Home, Port Washington. Deacon Tom Surges will officiate.
    Visitation will be from 4 p.m. Friday until the time of service.
    Interment will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Port Washington.
