Chester Wisinski, 85, died of lung cancer in his home in Port Washington on Wednesday, Nov. 29.  
    Mr. Wisinski was born in Stevens Point on March 15, 1932, to Alois and Margaret Wojtalewicz Wisinski.
    On Aug. 30, 1958, he married Leona Ganski at St. Ladislaus in Bevent.
    Mr. Wisinski retired from Continental Can Co. after 41 years and spent another 20 years driving cars at EVS Saukville.
    He belonged to the Saukville Moose Lodge for several years and was a longtime member of St. John XXIII Catholic Parish, St. Peter of Alcantara Church in Port Washington.  
    Mr. Wisinski enjoyed bowling, playing sheepshead and taking trips to casinos to play slots. He also enjoyed taking road trips with his family.   
    Mr. Wisinski is survived by his wife Leona of Port Washington; children Dale (Terry) of Port Washington, and Robin (Mark) Schmidt of Saukville; grandchildren, Amy (Matt) Borden, Carrie (fiance Andrew) Wisinski, Lee (Amy) Wisinski and Melissa Schmidt; three great-grandchildren; siblings Gladys (Clarence) Pampuch, Irene Skiba, Ernie (Mary), Donny (Cathy), Mary (Clifford) Phlugardt and Lenny (Dorothy); brother-in-law Mike (Ellen) Ganski of McHenry, Ill.; and sister-in-law Loretta Ganski of Westfield.
    He was preceded in death by his parents; sister Terry Yenter; father and mother-in-law Frank and Dora Ganski; and brothers-in-law Hubert Yenter and Reynold Skiba.
    A Mass of Christian burial was held Tuesday, Dec. 5, at St. John XXIII Parish, St. Peter of Alcantara Church. Father Pat Wendt presided.
    Entombment was at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Port Washington.
    Eernisse Funeral Home, Port Washington, handled the arrangements.
