Belgium resident Donald J. Cisewski, 83, died Friday, Dec. 7, at Horizon Hospice Center in Mequon from complications of emphysema that was aggravated following a recent fall.

A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 15, at Divine Savior Parish, St. Mary Lake Church Chapel.

Father Jim Ernster will officiate.

Visitation will be at the church from 10 a.m. until the Mass.

Memorials are requested to Stars and Stripes Honor Flight in memory of his service during World War II.

Arrangements are being handled by Eernisse Funeral Home, Belgium.
