Fredonia resident Susan M. Forsell died at Columbia St. Mary’s Ozaukee Hospital in Mequon on Wednesday, Oct. 3. She was 62.
  
 A private family service will be held.

    Eernisse Funeral Home in Port Washington handled arrangements.
