Sixth annual Land Regatta

The sixth annual Land Regatta Walk and Run will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 17, in Port Washington’s Upper Lake Park. The 5k and two-mile run and walk and a free children’s obstacle race will begin at 9 a.m. The event, sponsored by Be3, will raise money for the stage at the Port Washington beer garden. Be3 will also run the beer garden from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. that day. Advance registrations may be dropped off at ZuZu Pedals or BMO Harris Bank. Online registration may be done at landregatta.com Race-day registrations will be accepted beginning at 7:30 a.m. The fee is $25 by Aug. 10 or $30 after that and free for children 13 and younger.
