Rummage sale, car show, market on tap this weekend

It will be a busy time in Saukville this weekend:

• A villagewide rummage sale will be held from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 7.

There is no need to register with the village to hold a rummage sale.

• A variety of custom cars, trucks, motorcycles and snowmobiles will be displayed at the Custom Car Show from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 8 at Grady Park.

The event is free.

Food and beverages will be sold. Music will be performed throughout the day.

Proceeds benefit the Saukville Fire Department.

• Also on Sunday, Sept. 8, the Saukville Farmers Market will operate from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Veterans Park on the downtown triangle. 

Vendors will be selling fresh, in-season locally grown produce, greenhouse and locally grown flowers and artisan crafts.
