Roger W. Wynveen

    Roger W. Wynveen, 84, of Cedar Grove, died Sunday, July 15, at Gables on the Pond assisted living home in Random Lake.
    Mr. Wynveen was born in Cedar Grove on May 22, 1934, to Henry and Alda Kappers Wynveen.
    He was a graduate of Cedar Grove High School and attended Milwaukee Area Technical College.
    On April 22, 1961, Mr. Wynveen married Karen Little in Superior.
    Mr. Wynveen worked at Bolens and Pemco as a computer controlled machine programmer until his retirement. He was a member of Calvary Orthodox Presbyterian Church in Cedar Grove, and he enjoyed hunting, trap shooting, and Muskie fishing in northern Wisconsin, his family said.
    Mr. Wynveen is survived by his wife Karen Wynveen of Cedar Grove; sons Randall of Cedar Grove, and Paul of Manitowoc; grandchildren Carla Wynveen, Marlene Wynveen, Curtis Wynveen; sister Audrey Kaland of Cedar Grove; brothers-in-law Ralph Voskuil of Cedar Grove, and Merill Little of Sturgeon Bay.
    He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Margaret Voskuil, and brother-in-law LaMont Kaland.
    A private family memorial service has been held.
    Donations to Calvary Orthodox Presbyterian Church in Cedar Grove are suggested.
    The Wenig Funeral Home in Oostburg handled the arrangements.
