Girl Scouts earn Bronze award

Members of Girl Scout Troop 8239 from Saukville and Grafton recently made their final donations to Mr. Bob’s Under the Bridge of Cedarburg at Advent Lutheran Church, helping them earn a Bronze Award, the  third highest award in Girl Scouting, as Junior Girl Scouts. Mr. Bob’s is a homeless outreach organization based in Cedarburg. The girls completed the It’s Your Planet – Love It! Get Moving Junior Journey, earned the Jeweler, Gardener, Detective, Camper and Independence badges, and performed various service activities to earn the award.
