Fall activities for children set at Saukville library


Fall children’s activities at the Grady Library in Saukville have been announced.

The annual Halloween event featuring Elementastic Science will be held at 6:15 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25.

Youngsters are invited to wear their Halloween costume for the program, which will demonstrate how fun science can be. Treats will be provided afterwards.  

The doors open at 6 p.m.

A toddler and preschool dance party will be held from 10:30 to 11 a.m.  Tuesday, Nov. 19.

Children and their caregivers are invited to listen, move, jump and dance during the program.

“Here Comes Santa Claus” is the theme for a 6:30 p.m. program Wednesday, Dec. 4.

Youngsters will sing Christmas carols, completing a craft project and visit with Santa.

A noon New Year’s Eve dance party will be held for children in kindergarten and younger and their families from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 30.

Music, dancing, noise-makers and a countdown to noon will be held to celebrate the new year. Youngsters are encouraged to  dress up.  

The library is at 151 S. Main St.
