Eghart House opens for the season

The Eghart House, a restored Victorian house at 302 W. Grand Ave., Port Washington, is furnished with items from the Judge Eghart family and donations from Port Washington families who lived in the city at the turn of the century. Guides are available. The secret language of fans is explored in a special exhibit this summer. The house is open from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturdays through Labor Day. Admission is $3 for adults and $1 for children.
