Crossroads Rendezvous canceled due to Covid-19

The third annual Crossroads Rendezvous has been canceled due to concerns regarding the Covid-19 virus, the Saukville Area Historical Society announced.

The event was scheduled for the weekend of May 15 to 17.

The event draws re-enactors from across the Midwest, representing various people of the fur-trade era in Wisconsin from 1750 to 1840.

The SAHS ran the event from 1991 to  2006, when it ended. The event returned in 2018 and last year, drawing more than 2,000 visitors throughout each weekend.

Workshops for re-enactors, which will be open to anyone interested in attending, are being planned over the course of the year at the Crossroads Museum in Saukville.         For more information, contact Boyle at 288-1839 or info@CrossroadsRendezvous.org, or visit www.CrossroadsRendezvous.org or Facebook.com/CrossroadsRendezvous.
